DESCRIPTION:
Heavy duty shelving, also known as beam shelving or pallet shelving, is a type of storage shelving and the most commonly used type of shelving, with a load capacity of over 500kg per layer. Heavy duty shelves adopt a combination structure, connected by crossbeams and columns, equipped with safety pins, partitions, foot guards and other accessories. It has the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, wide adaptability range, mechanical access, and high selection efficiency.

Characteristics of heavy-duty shelves:
1. Usually, goods are packaged and stored on shelves using unit equipment such as pallets and storage cages. The load capacity of each unit is generally within 2000kg, and two units are usually placed on each floor.
2. It is one of the most common and widely used shelves, suitable for the vast majority of warehouses or product goods.
3. It has 100% of the ability to pick goods at will. Handling machinery such as forklifts can reach any cargo location for storage operations, making storage operations convenient and fast!
4. Use mechanical handling equipment for storage operations.
5. The span of unit shelves is generally within 4 meters and the depth is within 1.5 meters. The height of shelves in low and high level warehouses is generally within 12 meters, and the height of shelves in ultra-high level warehouses is generally within 30 meters (most of these warehouses are automated warehouses, and the total height of shelves is composed of several sections of columns within 12 meters).
6. Able to freely adjust the height of each layer in multiples of 75mm.
